A baker’s dozen (12+1) of freshly baked authentic NY-style bagels. Choose between: Single Flavor / Chef Mama’s Choice / Mix 4 flavors of your choice (not EvEv or Specialty Bagels).
Available Flavors: Plain, Sesame, Poppy Seed, Everything, Everything Everything, Jalapeño Cheese, Garlic, Cheese, Cheesy Garlic, Sea Salt, Blueberry, Cinnamon Raisin, or the Bagel of the Month flavor (BotM – changes monthly).
Description
A baker’s dozen (12+1) of freshly baked authentic NY-style bagels. Baked according to old NY traditions; Starting with a 24-hour cold fermentation, then kneaded by hand for just the right amount of time, boiled carefully so that they are perfectly chewy and baked golden with a nice and airy texture.
Choose flavors:
- Single Flavor: Plain, Sesame, Poppy Seed, Everything, Everything Everything, Jalapeño Cheese, Garlic, Cheese, Cheesy Garlic, Sea Salt, Blueberry, Cinnamon Raisin, or the Bagel of the Month flavor (BotM – changes monthly).
or
- Chef Mama’s Choice: Mixed Sweet or Mixed Savory (3-4 daily flavors in each mix)

- Your Own Mix: Mix 4 flavors of your choice – type in your 4 picks under “Notes about your order” on the checkout page. Everything Everything and Bagel of the Month is only available as half or full dozens and can not be mixed.
